Aquatics Development Officer (Swimming)
- Responsible for the operational and day to day delivery of internal and external swimming lessons at Seashell.
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of all pool-based activities at Seashell.
- Lead, manage and mentor swim teachers and apprentices.
- Develop and deliver the Seashell swim strategy in conjunction with all members of the swimming team and the Head of Active.
- Ensure health, safety and quality of all pool areas.
- Responsible for teaching aquatics skills to a wide range of ages and abilities.
- Ensure high standards of teaching and instruction are maintained.
- Identify the need and organise the provision of all necessary staff training.
- Monitor and report on service delivery and ensure consistency of teaching and assessment methods.
