GM Walking want to hear from users as part of a broad review of their key communications channels to ensure we’re meeting the needs of their users across Greater Manchester.

Greater Manchester Moving (GM Moving) has commissioned KMC Research, an independent research company, to conduct the research exploring the GM Walking website, newsletter, and social media channels.

The review will assess how these three communications channels are being used, how they are viewed, and how the content provided to our users can be further improved in the future.

Participate in the survey here.

As part of this research an online survey has been launched that allows users of GM Walking to provide their views. The survey should take around 5-10 minutes to complete, and all responses are kept confidential and reported anonymously.

All those who complete the survey will have the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win one of five £10 Amazon or love2shop gift cards.

The survey can be accessed here.

In addition to the survey, KMC Research will also be conducting small one-hour virtual focus groups throughout November involving up to four people.

The focus groups will explore in more detail how the GM Walking newsletter, website, and social media pages are currently being used and viewed.

There will be an incentive of £50 for those who take part in the virtual focus groups.

If you’re interested in taking part in a focus group, please complete this form, providing your contact details and a researcher will be in touch.

If you have any questions about the survey please contact KMC Research or Louise Robbins at Greater Manchester Moving.
