Location: move Urmston

Hours: Full Time – 36.25 hours. move Urmston operates a three week roster with a mix of early and late shifts. This includes one weekend in three. The earliest you would start is 6am, with the latest finish at 10:15pm.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Leisure Assistant/Lifeguard, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the safety of our swimmers by providing excellent lifeguard support
• Welcoming customers and checking them into the centre for activities
• Preparing activity areas and equipment to meet the needs of the day’s programmes
• Maintaining the centre’s hygiene and cleanliness standards by taking appropriate action, including performing regular cleaning tasks

What we’re looking for:

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• An RLSS Pool Lifeguard Qualification or a commitment to obtaining one before starting
