Health and Fitness Instructor

Trafford Leisure is on the lookout for a Health and Fitness Instructor to join the team.

Location: Move Altrincham

Salary: As a Real Living Wage employer, we guarantee a minimum pay of £12.60 per hour starting from 1 April 2025.

Hours: Full Time – 36.25 hours per week

Set to open in early 2025, the new centre will feature a state-of-the-art Health and Wellbeing Spa, gymnastics hub, 25m swimming pool, 20m learner pool, and high-tech gym. In this role of Health and Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for:

• Greet and engage with customers, promote health and fitness, build rapport, and actively sell memberships.
• Assist club members, induct them on gym equipment, and provide detailed, achievable fitness programs.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks, ensure cleanliness and safety standards, and prepare activity areas and equipment.
• Teach and cover fitness classes as needed.
• Listen to and respond to customer requests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

The ideal Health and Fitness Instructor will:

• Hold a minimum Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification
