The inactivity socio-economic gap in Stockport is 16.5%

Since November 15/16 the socio-economic gap has increased by 9.8% since Nov 16-17. This change is due to a large decrease in inactivity since Nov 16-17 amongst lower social groups (-11.0%), NS-SEC 6-8, and a decrease in inactivity amongst higher social groups (-3.9%) NS-SEC 1-2.

The inactivity disability gap in Stockport is 27.0%

Since November 15/16 the disability gap has increased by 6.0%.  This is a result of a small increase in inactivity amongst those without a long term limiting disability (+0.7%) whereas those with a long term limiting disability have seen a larger increase (+6.6%).

The inactivity age gap in Stockport is 24.5%

Since November 15/16 the age gap has decreased by 4.5%. This is a result of inactivity amongst over 75's decreasing (-2.1%) whilst increasing for 16 to 34 year olds (+2.3%).
