The post holder will deliver quality coaching, management, organising, delivering and monitoring performance to the University of Manchester’s Cheerleading Club, Team Manchester athletes and increase their performance in National Cheer Competitions. This group of athletes train together 3 times a week with at least 4.5 hours of this coaching provided by the Team Manchester coach. There may be opportunities for further paid coaching hours as required by the team.
